Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated. If you were charged but your account was not activated, or you were charged twice, contact hello@doctorcare.bd with your bKash transaction ID and we will fix it or refund the extra payment.

Doctor consultation

If no doctor contacted you after payment, or a technical problem on our side prevented the consultation, you may request a free re-booking or a refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. Consultations that took place are not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the bKash number used for payment within a few working days.
